The average space marine (good weapons, armor, borderline superhuman,etc) takes on the average ninjas ( borerline superhuman, weird moves, old school weapons, borderline teleport, etc). Each side has one hundred members. Scenario 2 is a composite

I always thought space marines were supposed to be pretty damn uber(even the average ones)..so if the ninjas are only "borderline superhuman" I'd favor them.

Warhammer Space Marines are biotech giants that can eat their enemies to gain all their knowlege. Each wears a mechsuit with enough power to tear through military vehicles, and tehy have swords that can slice through bulkheads.

You would need mystic ninjas to get the job done here -- like Final Fantasy IV style stuff to be able to make a dent.
