    Thumbs up Villains to read?

I'm really interested in villains that are forgotten and I would really love to read stories about those villains. Not in Suicide Squad or Secret Six. I'm interested in seeing them in their hero-counterpart's books. What should I get to read about these "forgotten" villains? What are some forgotten villains you guys like that I should check out?
And when I say forgotten, I mean they've had one appearance or they haven't been mentioned in years. More then two years at least. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Hmm... the new Clock King from Terror Titans is a fun, yet ridiculous, read and I liked the new, younger (at least I think he was new and younger) Calculator from some of Simone's BoP run. Also, if Solomon Grundy counts as "forgotten" (he's in Earth 2, last I heard), there's always stuff he's in.
Comics were happier before the Internet turned writing superhero stories into fruitless attempts to impress/entertain a small group of ppl who appear to hate comics and their creators.

Thanks! Clock King is a good one. I'll check that out.
Isn't the Calculator Wendy's father? I don't think he can be gone for that long. He seems like a villain that always comes back.
Solomon Grundy can never be forgotten :/

Psi-phon and Dreadnaught. Fun villains. Not particularly threatening though. They made a couple of appearances but has now went back to their home planet.

    Clark Kent to the rescue.

I liked Clock King in Terror Titans!
I'll look for some of these other issues at the the comic shop tomorrow. Thanks!
Got any more? I would rather look for a pile of books or a bunch of "forgotten" villains.
