Yeah this is going to go bad for Spidey. Joker is getting a body that can at least somewhat compete, a large resource base and you just know he would love Peter's rampant guilt complex to mess with.

Peter has the worst day of his entire life in all continuities.
Batman retires, hands the suit over to Dick, and enjoys a nice life building gear for the Batfamily and making periodic "bearded old guy who has more badass in one foot than you've got in your entire body" appearances when things REALLY hit the fan.
