'The marquis. Well, you know, to be honest, he seems a little bit dodgy to me.'
'Mm,' she agreed. 'He's a little bit dodgy in the same way that rats are a little bit covered in fur."

Avengers Annual #10 states that Ms. Marvel (Carol Danvers) was 29 when Rogue stole her powers and threw her off a bridge.

I remember reading a Captain America issue in the early 80ies, I think, were we saw that his health was waining, and where we got to know that he colored his hair to look younger, and thee were also references to Cap and Fury having reasons for still being young, but that he had no reason for this. Later his age stopped being a problem for him though, so I wondered if some explanation was given for this on a later point?
If my words and grammar are not correct, that's because English is not my native language! My English would have been far worse if I hadn't read original comics for decades though!

I think the most recent line is that th eSuper-Soldier Serum is basically the Infinity Formula, plus the enhancements that make you near-superhuman. So Steve has "soft" immortality -- he won't really age, but he can still be offed with enough punishment.

Anyway, one shouldn't be concerned too much with ages. In the MU, there's only 10 of them:

Old-As-Sin age: Apocalypse, Selene, the Gods, etc
WWII-aged: Cap, Wolverine, Namor, Nick Fury, Magneto etc.
Aunt May-age: Aunt May, and a few others, but not many
Sort of middle-aged ish, not old enough to be Peter Parker's daddy: Tony Stark, T'challa, Henry Pym, Reed Richards, Scott Lang, etc
Slightly older than Peter Parker, not middle aged: Beast, Storm, Susan Richards, Wasp, etc
Peter Parker-ish age: Peter Parker (duh), most of the original X-men, the Human Torch, Nightcrawler, etc.
Slightly younger than Peter Parker: Kitty Pryde, Rogue, Nova, some of the eldest New Mutants, etc.
Teenager: There's a whole lot of them, and they usually die.
Child: the Future Foundation kids, a few others. They usually get aged to adulthood or to teenager through unnatural means.
Franklin Richards: A category into itself.
I really like, and agree with this list. Though there needs to be one more... The current generation's parents: Nathaniel Richards, Howard Stark, Corsair, T'Chaka. I guess it's the same as the Aunt May category (Willie Lumpkin, Captain Stacy, original Madame Web) though, but most of them seems to have operated in a few years before FF#1, while I think of Aunt May as she is now instead.

I think the current explanation is that prolonged exposure to second hand Infinity Formula from Nick Fury has kept Dum Dum (and Gabe Jones, Reb Ralston, Dino Manelli, Izzy Cohen, Eric Koenig, Percy Pinkerton, Happy Sam Sawyer (though he's dead now) too) young. But, I think there should be a story that gives a better explanation than that. I can buy that it's some effect of the Infinity Formula, but just hanging out with Fury seems to be a cheat.

Wolvie was in his 60's during WWII and Beast is the same age as the rest of the O5 (except Bobby who's like 2 years younger), but yeah this is a pretty good rough estimate.

Actually I think Beast was supposed to be 19 in X-Men #1, Angel and Cyclops were 17 or 18, Jean 16 and Iceman 15, or maybe even 14.

Yeah, I forget what the "official" explanation for some of Nick Fury's comrades that he with in WWII still being alive, looking30 or 40ish and active, while others were shown to have had grandkids or dying of old age. I think the previous one was something about Nick Fury's sharing the Infinity formula or it radiating out keep them youthful.
