So far, Thanos only appears in the kid-friendly Silver Sulfer cartoon(1999) and the cartoony Super Hero Squad. I wish he was in more cartoons and portayed more seriously. In Silver Sulfer, he sounds like a well spoken british man and Mistress Death is refered to as "Lady Chaos".

This will be more likely once he shows up in Guardians of the Galaxy and/or Avengers 2.
