Ah, OK. No, I meant here. Or even a straight-up fight, one-on-one, with both sides unprepped.
Prepped Bruce is a bit of a beast.
But unprepped?
Or worse, in this scenario? 13-on-2 or whatever it is? With one-sided prep for guys like Mysterio, Osborn and Octavius?
Spidey villains would absolutely MUNCH on Bruce. Peter too, for that matter.

PIS/CIS off, it is a total stomp. Any Spidey villain thats considered a legitmate threat should be able to take Spidey with another villain thats a legitimate threat. Take Kraven and Rhino -- vastly different power levels, but Spidey can't take one serious blow from Rhino, and Kraven's traps and martial skill more or less guarantee that Rhino can get that one hit in.
But, if there was prep, and Peter had access to Batman's resources, I think the heroes could pull off a few wins.
Or you can just go complete nightmare mode and pick Carnage and whoever else the Hell you want(Carnage promptly kills them after he's done with Spidey and Bats).

Actually, they'd kind of need to be both...
Carnage no-sells way past class 100 hits, and Mr. Negative hits nearly that hard. There are three people capable of mind-control to various degrees, multiple high-end bullet-timers, three guys who almost can't be killed, two tech wizards, a dude who can TRIVIALLY curb-stomp Spiderman while laughing (Morlun).
