The speed difference is too vast if you mean Post-Crisis but pre-Nu Wonder Woman. She destroys him.

Any Herc should off Nu-Wonder Woman, unless she's got some new feats (I only read the first 8 books of WW and JL). I don't remember anything like class 20, much less class 100, and no real speed to speak of either. I don't see that Wondy getting up from a t-clap. Plus current Herc has a shield that turns people to stone.

As I stated, I haven't read NuDC since issue 8, but that's where she was at the time.

And yes, PC Diana - EITHER PC Diana, just wastes Herc.

Herc with full god powers can't be hurt by NuDiana, and can rip her to shreds trivially.

PC (either post- or pre-crisis) Diana utterly stomps Herc.
