Iron Lantern was my favourite because Busiek wrote it. But if we're talking concepts, Lobo the Duck, Speed Demon, and Generation Hex are inspired.

Of the actually made ones? I enjoyed Dial H for H.U.S.K. the most probably. I also chuckled at Deaddevil: The Man Without Life.
I made a ton of Amalgams and still do now. Some that spring to mind: Red Ghul (Red Skull/Ra's al Ghul), Teth-Namor the Black Mariner, Mister Sinistro (Mister Sinister, Sinestro), Victor Von Zoom (Dr. Doom, Zoom II), etc.

I would like an amalgam of Cyclops & Jean Grey. A hot red headed lesbian named Cyclops, who shoots a red eye beam, and dates bad girl Emma Frost. Then I could stop feeling yucky whenever Cyclops and The White Queen kiss.

I remember liking Super Soldier, Spider Boy, Challengers of the Fantastic and Dr. Strangefate, and being annoyed I missed the Iron Lantern book.
