Nice wrap, but after eight issues of the team largely flailing about, I was really hoping for more in the way of thrilling heroics at the end. The save from the Off-Panel X-Men (coming this March from Marvel NOW!) and the team standing around while Hatchi took a bullet in the back were a bit less than I was hoping for. And, man, I am sad that we lost Hatchi.

Still, some very nice development for Karma (that will probably never be referenced again post-Liu) and I loved Bobby's little moment of smug. I know he's being pushed pretty hard in the current X-line, but I am enjoying Bobby the Badass after so many years of "Bobby, stop goofing around and live up to your potential already!" And I really can't blame Northstar for his "maybe"...Kyle's sentiment is nice, but JP does know just how much a pain in the ass crazy, long-lost sisters can be. ;)

Awww, I loved this. I'm totally digging Karma now. This was a great little thesis on her character, recapping the six issues she was heavily featured in two decades ago and bringing her up to the present. Hatchi was great and it might've been cheesy, but I fell for her during her final moments. It could be hormonal tbh.

I really want to like this book but it just lacks that "magic" for me. I love Perkins art but Liu's writing just falls flat for me. I did feel this issue has been better than most though

I am guessing Karma will soon be entering an experiemental phase sexually which coincides nicely with Cyke needing funding for his new team. She already has mind powers and now Karma is rich as well. Cyke won't be able to help himself in trying to get all up in that.

The only experimentation I want Karma to indulge in is with hair dye. I want her back with her college girlfriends and touring the cross-country now that she has the funds. X-Force Roadtrip 2.0!
