Liu and Perkins delivery a solid and emotional end to an intriguing (yet somewhat predictable) arc. Liu's writing is tight and focused. Perkins' art seems to be looking better, more animate, less sloppy. And the colors are most definitely light enough to see what is going on. This issue was certainly Karma-heavy; we even get heavy Karma! There was a little bit of a climax towards the middle, but it was interrupted by the X-Men actually succeeding in something.
