It's never been established whether they do or not. The only thing we've gotten is a few offhand remarks by clones doubting they have souls. John Ostrander (of Spectre fame) pitched a story during the Clone Saga that would examine the idea, but it never happened.

-Do different universes have different after lives?

Marvel and DC characters tend to go to the afterlife they believe in.

Yes she did. So this could very well be a dream Peter is having. Or Julia lied. Or...It's not really Peter having this out of body experience but Doc Ock, and he only thinks he's Peter.

Right. If you notice, the thought boxes on the page where he says "Oh.", have green borders. So either the thought boxes for Peter are green in #699 now that he is in Doc Ock's body, or this is Doc Ock.

In the "Venom: Circle Of Four" crossover, a demon (a minion of Blackheart) said that X-23 has a soul. Of course, YMMV on how truthful said demon was being.

If it's an Amazing Spider-Man #700 preview, you can expect some spoilers.

Although this one wasn't particularly bad. It doesn't suggest how Spider-Man came to that point. Nor is it clear what happens next.

This vision could easily be followed by Spider-Man recovering and kicking ass.

Exactly. Same thing for Doc Ock in that his thought boxes are just like how Peter's are supposed to be.
