I know Circe is a Wonder Woman villain, but she is the closest to the other match up.

So who wins in:

A) A battle between the two, no prep
B) A battle between the two, Prep for Circe
C) A seduction Battle where Circe has to make it end in sex with Thor, no Prep
D) A seduction Battle where Circe has to make it end in sex with Thor, Prep for Circe

Well Thor should win the no prep fight due to the speed advantage and magic hammer. Can't speak on the rest of the fights.

With prep, Circe can probably take Thor. One of her main powers is transmutation, and Thor has previously shown vulnerability to transformation by both Loki (Frog Thor) and Sersi. Given her intelligence and power level and some prep time, she shouldn't have too much difficulty tricking him into some sort of situation where she can transform him.

No prep, she has no chance.

Let's not forget that Loki needed to harness the power from a reality-busting weapon to transform Thor into a frog. This wasn't some casual spell. It took months of prep and just heppening to have concealable access to the one thing in the universe that could do it.
