Again, not over here.
You get a few parties around the place, and some parents let their kids do some low-level trick-or-treating, but most of the country doesn't give a crap.
Anyway, shouldn't Halloween be considered an Un-holiday, technically? It's not particularly "holy", after all.

Technically, Halloween is a national holiday, not religious.
International, not national. It's celebrated in more than one nation.
Suffering is a fact of life. You survive if you find a reason to endure it.
It's technically religious in it's roots. The origin of Halloween comes from a day when dressing as monsters was done to hide from spirits.

Yeah, it's a contraction of "All Hallows' Eve" (the night before All Saints Day). But it was supposed to be the night when all the evil spirits were loose, so it's not exactly "holy" in that sense.
The "Un-holiday" comment was more about the origin of the word "holiday", but I've already done too much unnecessary word de-construction today, so please - forget about it.
