Since the CofE already has female priests, I find it baffling that it's an extra step for female bishops.
I'm an Anglo-Catholic Episcopalian--the Episcopal Church is basically the Anglican Church in the United States--and our Presiding Bishop is a woman. We don't really have an analogue of the Archbishop of Canterbury, but she's the highest-ranking bishop in our church.
It took me a while to accept the ordination of women to the priesthood, but I do now, and I don't see how they can be one but not the other.
