How does a conversation between these two go? How would Matt handle things if he replaced Dean from Season 1 onwards.

Dean would say "Dude you are so blind" then DD would just kick his butt.
To paint comic books as childish and illiterate is lazy. A lot of comic books are very literate - unlike most films.
In an alternate universe my parents are Johnny Cash & Lita Ford.
As long as Matt has Sam to do reasearch and hook him up with Bobby, he'd do better than the stupidly-less-capable, much-less-intelligent, alcoholic Dean. And really none of the Supernatural baddies who are too tough for Sam and Dean to face head-on would be the slightest threat to Matt. He'd trivially annihilate Alpha vamps, armies of demons, leviathan, etc.
The telekinesis thing would be an issue for Matt.
Let's hope events still don't take place where Lucifer ends up in Sam's body again. The only reason the world wasn't destroyed was because Lucifer started beating on Dean and it sparked something in Sam, but he's likely not to have the same reaction if he's beating down Daredevil.
A woman can move a lot faster with her skirt up than a man can with his pants down.
All true - telekinesis, posession - tons of things could be trouble for Matt, but those things are all trouble for the Winchesters as well. Matt would need a tatoo to block possession, and he'd need to learn how to deal with certain baddies, but then, none of those baddies are mid-tier bullet-timers either, so Matt has a simply MASSIVE speed edge and most of them are going to drop where they stand, once he learns how to deal with them. That's why I specifically mentioned still needing Sam and, eventually, Bobby.
