I too remember at least one scene where Goku and Piccolo are very obviously using super speed to fight him and he seemed to be reacting casually. Even if one were to try to argue that doesn't make him faster then WW(which I'm not arguing) it's hard to believe it makes him slower to the point he can't react before she crosses 100 feet.

After looking up some Youtube clips, I have determined that Brolly basically has 2 speeds: Blitzstomp, where he dances around any attacks while he grabs/smacks people at will, and LOLnope, wherein he casually walks through any attack THEN grabs/smacks people at will.

EDIT: This AMV that is apparently about the forbidden romance between Brolly and Goku illustrates this point pretty spot on.

EDIT2: And this one actually has the scenes with Piccolo in them. The scene is about 1 minute in. Note how Piccolo seems to be moving in slow motion from Brolly's perspective (I assume that's what we're seeing Piccolo's charge from the front).

If it helps, ISTR Goku and Piccolo trying to team up and pummel Brolly with fists and feet, only for him to cross his arms and just weave around their combined barrages effortlessly.

Also, the fight ends with them going tiara shopping together.

I know right? There was a period in my life where I couldn't watch a DBZ battle without hearing Linkin Park in my head(for some reason years ago people loved them some LP with some DBZ).
