I picked this up for Mark Waid, and will be on for the long haul. This was my favorite of the Marvel NOW books thus far. Lenil is amazing and I am glad it doesnt spend too much time covering past runs, cause it really doesnt need to. Nothing within goes against continuity. Same fresh start as Waid did with Daredevil. Both my favorite books at the moment.

Mark Waid has spun it well! Never, ever collected the Hulk, oh a few issues including #181  but this new reincarnation with Hill and SHIELD as supporting cast is great. I'm on board. Question! Who's the leverage? Mark, develop Hill, great "Fury" legacy. So much more intriguing than "junior"

    Wolverine pisses me off.

I have an almost unbroken run from Astonishing 90 to 180, then unbroken from 182 to Bruce Jones (heh). The only thing solidifying my run is that stupid Wolverine's first appearances. And there's no way I'm paying what everyone is asking out there.

    Oh well.

Do you know which trade collects the story of Wolverine's introduction?

Well he hasn't talked yet and he hasn't said 'Hulk Smash' so I don't think he isn't intelligent. Hulk is very intelligent... I'm digging the art as well... waiting to see where the writings going though....

Do you think, Hugh Jackman when you think of Wolverine? I mean I can't believe he's still 'TRYING' to be Wolverine! In the movies he still hasn't even worn the costume and he's pretty scrawny... well it's over 10 years of these terrible and pathetic XMen movies, I'm not XMen fan so it's just odd to me that people actually are so relaxed about these actors that portray something that is really cool being treated like s**t basically.
