Spider-man's still the highest selling solo. He's got the ole Canucklehead beat.

By the way, my issue isn't so much that this creative team is on Wolverine, but come on! Even Spider-man doesn't have two 616 solo books. They really couldn't give this creative team another character to push?

I would have preferred they launched Wolverine with Cho's Savage Land arc with Cornell as scripter, then spin into the story Cornell wants to tell with Davis as the lead artist. Drastic shift in tones but it would've at least given the book a huge splash.

Cornell will be great, Davis is not a good fit here at all. Will Conrad is available or Mike Perkins.

Just a light spicing of that. I think of this as the central Wolverine title, so I want people to come here for the story and the character, and go elsewhere for the crossovers.

He may not be exclusive, but I believe he's the solicited artist for the foreseeable future (and I meant Stormwatch not JLD), so I wouldn't get your hopes up.

No doubt Cornell will eventually use Kitty, Excalibur, MI13 and other British heroes too. people need to calm down. Logan is the best there is at what he does.

Seems like a waste of talent. It's an easy pass for me... I'll be getting my Wolverine fix (if such a need exists anymore) from WatX and Uncanny Avengers. I'll be buying Savage Wolverine for Cho (both Chos) and Shanna, secure in the knowledge that it'll only be a few issues a year anyway.

I’ve been a father for four weeks, and I asked myself, which super hero would I hand my baby to? And the answer is James Logan, because he will die before he see that child hurt, and anyone who wants to do so has to get through the Wolverine.

Unless he decides that child has some chance of going bad, in which case he'll ignore his own past of constantly going crazy/berserk/evil and attacking/killing people he knows, and will do his best to end that child's life.

You people are crazy, of course Wolverine needs two books. He's just as big as the Avengers, if not bigger, he needs a main book and satellite books. Its not like anyone is sick of him or anything.
