Lol, do you seriously believe there's any difference between What Wanda and Max have both tried? Explain how Max's attempts at genocide are more noble than Wanda's attempt at genocide, please. Keep in mind that a sizable portion of the human populace would never want any harm to befall mutants for any reason which did not sway Max from attempting to kill off the entire human species, just as a sizable portion of the mutant populace would never want any harm to befall humankind which did not sway Wanda from attempting to kill off the entire mutant 'species'.

With those considerations in mind, by all means, go ahead and spell it out for me. It's so obviously different. Clearly.

The answers rather obvious I would think, the vast majority of magneto's crimes were against nobodies and mooks while wanda is responsible for everything that happened in the aftermath of HoM, the darkest and most depressing period in X-men history. Its far more personal to X-fans then anything Magneto ever did. People don't become attached to nameless mooks and nobodies in their comics, they become attached to those characters that are important to the story.

If you ask your average person who is the evilest person in history, the vast majority of people in the west will say either hitler or osama bin laden despite the fact people like Polpot did far more disgusting, twisted and horrificly evil things then those other two ever managed to do be. Thats because its actually apart of a more personal part of our history. It shouldn't surprise you at all that people hate wanda more then magneto, and probably even Doom, she struck a far more personal blow against x-fans then either magneto or doom ever did.

Remender did say this Red Skull is not the original 616 Red Skull. Perhaps Wanda willed him into existence to have an excuse for a mutant/Avenger team. Boning him is just extra.

Wanda is responsible for generating stories, giving Scott Summers development (yes, Summers! See how generous she is?!), annulling marriages, culling off lame characters, gettting rid of the Phoenix, creating new characters (SharkTits, anyone?), creating new books ... and the list goes on.

Wanda was just much more successful at her one attempt then mags has been his whole entire life. When mags was done there wasn't just around ~200 flatscans left. In terms of Genocide (and yes this is a genocide, say "no more *insert race of people*" and even if you do not kill all of them if you remove them you technically got rid of a race) Wanda is the queen.
Really this is a perfect match, Wanda even insults the people she committed atrocities against.
