Default Would a Norman Osbourne and Kingpin team up be "do-able"?

They both have made some of the biggest plots againest Peter at times although in recent years Osbourne has gone up againest almost of Earth's heroes before his downfall in Seige and Kingpin has mostly been focused almost all the time on Matt Murdock with a few exceptions like in Back in Black. There both such really cunning villians though, that would they be able to team up or are there methods and intentions to conflicting?.

Kingpin kicks Spidey's ass while he tries to deciper what Norman Osbourne is saying.

In all seriousness, Norman and Kingpin wouldn't team up in the traditional sense...but their interests could align in an antagonistic "I'll dispose of him as soon as I'm done" kind of way.

Yeah. Kingpin wouldn't be too fond of Norman. He barely puts up with his crazier underlings.

It's certainly do-able, but the idea has limited shelf-life. A good analogue might be the Joker and Lex Luthor; Luthor doesn't like the Joker, but will deal with him when necessary. It's not his first choice, though.

    I don't see a point to it.

There's too much overlap between their resources. They're both well-connected amoral rich guys with access to hired goons.

A team-up just means Spider-Man has more people to beat up.

Joker and Lex Luthor have different strategies and approaches, so their team-ups are more fun.

On the other hand, an Osborn/ Kingpin war could be interesting.

Well, they did work together for a while in the 90's toon, so it wouldn't be completely unprecedented.
