Sean Bean dies first, I think. He tends to die before other important characters. He's also died a heck of a lot more times than the other two candidates.

Optimus sacrifices himself to protect Sean Bean from imminent death. (Cable would do it, but Optimus is bigger and thus intercepts explosions better.)

If Sean Bean is playing his character from the Silent Hill movies, then he won't die. Of course, his scenes could be cut and not change the story at all, but he'll survive. And if Megatron isn't around, then Optimus will survive as well.
