I had a very, very old friend around today. There are few people you can say you've literally known all your live, but my father and this guy's father are best mates, and their sons (me and Jools) were born on the same day, so I've known him all my life.

So today he came round for a spot of lunch and we polished off 12 bottles of Butty Bach and 4 bottles of 6% Batemans Ale. And then hit the G&T.

So my ability to tolerate stupid deliberate wind up merchants with no other agenda other than acting the tit is diminished somewhat. But Cronin 3:16 and all that.

I may make a fumbled attempt to seduce Mrs Hod in a minute, the lucky girl.
