As much as I love Astro City, The Dark Ages is a bit of a slog to get through, isn't it?

I haven't tried reading all 16 issues at once. It was fine in four-issue chunks, though.

No cat pajamas - yet. And I've the male cat now. He was complaining out in the rain yesterday even with food in his bowl. He probably just wanted me to pet him, but I didn't feel like standing in the rain to do it. So I cat-napped him. He didn't mind being picked up and brought into the house, but he doesn't care too much for the guest bedroom. He just hid under the bed for the first half-day, but he's already adapting and has started eating and demanding attention. Unfortunately, my mom is visiting and will also be needing that guest bedroom. So I guess that she'll make do with the couch. ;)
