Picked up vegetable stock to make lentil & barley veggie soup for my crazy vegetarian husband. I'm hoping I can get him to use at least a little homemade bone stock though... his knees kinda suck and it's hard to get gelatin and glucosamine and the other stuff from bones that are good for the joints from vegetarian things.
I need to make up some homemade veggie stock for him, but I wasn't going to try and do two different stocks at once, and of the two, boxed beef stock is waaaaay worse for you and high in sodium than the veggie stock.
