I don't think they do, no - and it would depend on the title if they did anyway, not the publisher. Image are kinda just a facilitator, it's not like Marvel.

The answer to both questions, though, it probably not. Printing twice as many copies as ordered is costly so Marvel and DC are usually the only companies that do it. And they rarely do it, anymore.
