both of these characters seem to been Toon Forces and break the 4th Wall more than a few times. recent feats include "cloning herself with prep time" and "defying gravity and inertia to perform a Matrix-style slow-down so she wouldn't splash Rainbow Dash with water while she was trying to relax". if Bugs is too much of a challenge then give Pinkie all of her feats and prep-time to help even the odds. she did some really strange stuff in that last episode.

Bugs has Loony-Tunes feats though, like access to cannons, tanks and heavy Artilery when it's funny. Pinkie is usually non-combative about it, although IIRC she can Summon Party Cannon at will.

Who wins? Depends, is Bugs the protagonist or the antagonist in this? Cause he loses most, if not all, of his powers when antagonizing others and loses in the end.

Assuming access to full, normally situation-specific powers, Bugs has pretty massive offensive options. Pinky though, has the advantage in speed. I don't think she could hurt Bugs, but then I don't know that he can do much to her outside of erasing her. And even that might not work due to her precog AND her own ability to block the writer - like when she blocked the screen-wipe ending of an episode to say something else.

Nah, feats like that are pretty iffy, rumbles-wise. I mean, Bugs can grab the animator's brush and start rewriting reality as well, as far as those things goes.

Overpowering the animator/writer in general is pretty silly, and a non-feat.

That being said, Bugs' feats are considerably higher than Pinkie Pie's in general, so he takes it.
