Heroes - First season: because it was the only season worth it. It's been strange revisiting the series, felt like I was watching something brand new because I had not seen this since the very first time it aired. They also had the alternate pilot wich I actually thought was stronger than the one we got.

Mad Men - Season 5: lots of great moments between Don and Joan. Bye Bye Becky. Meggan is annoying.

Incredible Hulk TV Double Pack - Return of the Incredible Hulk(with Thor) and Trial of the Incredible Hulk(wth Daredevil, much better, the guy playing DD was pretty good)

Warner Bros. Special 4 Flicks - Kurt Russell: you have Executive Decision, Soldier, Tequila Sunrise, Unlawful Entry. Not the best movies but it keeps you entertained

The Anime Iron Man: only watched the first episode so far
Legato - Frank, Calm Down Your Nerd Rage!

I didn't know you could buy Criterion box sets.
I wish I could afford to just go on a Criterion spree and get EVERYTHING they've put out.

OP - "NOVA: Space Time and the Universe"
    Battlestar Galactica 4.0
    Lexx 1,2 and 3.
Robotech: The Macross Saga (super fun 80's cheese/cultural awkwardness)

Next on the list - BSG 4.5, Lexx 4, and Frozen Planet. (and the Tennant Dr.Who years.. and Babylon 5.. and on and on and on and on..)

Grabbed a few from the Black Friday sales going on this week, I've only had time to crack open the Alien set so far (which is incredible) :

    Firefly complete for $13
    Farscape complete for $60
    Rome first season for $17
    Alien Anthology for $20

There were a ton of great deals at Best Buy too, plenty more at Amazon, but I'm trying to save some money for Thursday/Friday deals at least. Saw a bunch of Criterions on sale at B&N and Amazon too.

Picked up one of these from Best Buy today. Thought it funny that you need a regular screwdriver to put the batteries in the sonic one Since I didn't own any of the sets yet it wasn't a bad deal. It was less than $200 and I had a few coupons that brought the price down even more. Basically like getting seasons 5 and 6, the Specials and the screwdriver for free if I'd bought it all separately from BB or Amazon at current prices.

Well so much for not buying DVDS:

Tenebre blu ray (hoping this is indeed region A/1, this is my favorite Argento film bar none...)
Steve Martin Television stuff (sadly missed the sale on this one, but it's still worth it at full price - my family loves Steve Martin's stand up so this'll be a blast for us.)

Angel season 5, Buffy Season 7.
I have this idea for the next X-teme Games Gold Medal Event--Bear Tickling. Its like Bull riding but more X-treme! You are timed on how long you can tickle a bear before he attacks you.

Additional copies of Dario Argento's Deep Red and Cat o' Nine Tails on blu ray. My rediscovery of Dario (and selling of my iPad) made me about face about going all digital.
