Simple answer for all of them: not a lot. Less than you'd pay for a new comic, basically. The value of collectibles is based on several things: age, scarcity, the current popularity of the writer or artist, and the state of the collector market itself. These books are not particularly old, not rare (you can pick up copies pretty easily), not from a currently 'hot' creator (though they were good stories) and the collector market is itself not in great shape because we're in a global economic crisis and very few people have much money to spend on luxury items; there are currently more people trying to sell comics than there are trying to buy them, from my recent experience (I've been a dealer for some years). Sorry, not particularly welcome news, I know.
