This is all in good fun but I really don't want writers to try to turn Bats into the Punisher. I like it better when he tries to save lives whenever possible. Having said that here's one more:

I think it's in BATMAN SPECIAL #5 (Mike Barr's "Batman--The Avenger") where Batman suckered two rival factions into gunning down each other!

BATMAN DOESN'T KILL!!! He just makes it easier for criminals to go towards the light, yeah he's kinda like a free really filthy rich taxi service.

I can do without the wartime racial insensitivity, but everything else I like.

Plus, it's nice having that stuff compiled in one convenient location for the next time someone posts, "Batman doesn't kill."
