Action comics 484.
The wedding of E-2 superman. The Wizard used his magic to make superman dissapear but in its place , the clark kent persona emerged without any knowledge of him being superman so for one whole year , clark kent started to come out of his shell , became a reporter who aggressively went after intergang and Lois fell for him.
Yeah, for me too, it was one of my favs. The whole last scene, when Luthor asks Clark where does he get his stories...
Anyway, for me that particular story was great cause you get to see Supes struggling with everyday problems and being able to work
them out not necessarily by using his superpowers... And all that, under the big spotlight.
In each issue of Superman, i just love the one or two Clark Kentīs pages. And if an issue doesnīt show Supermanīs alter ego, well,
itīs kinda of incomplete for me.

Those vintage covers, love them...
Suppose I will try those too, New Map and Terra Occulta. And try to get several Bronze Age trades...

I should mention that the cover for 201 is a bit misleading--in the grand tradition of misleading covers--and the inside story doesn't feature a whole lot of Clark Kent--yet the back-up story (reprinted from Superman 139) does feature a lot of Clark Kent (in prison).
It's funny that the covers for 201 and 209 could be for the same story, down to Clark in the same suit with a copy of the Planet stuffed in his pocekt, yet one cover is by Swan and Klein while the other is by Andru and Esposito. The story in 209 is very different from 201 and it does feature a very active "Clark Kent."
I know of many, but can't recall the issue #s off the top of my head. Google image search, here I come...

Clark as the star was really more common in the media than in the comics. On the radio show, most of the series' focus was on Clark being a reporter and Superman popping in as needed. The formula worked for 2068 episodes. ([http://www.archive.org/ has about 1100 of them for free.) The Adventures of Superman TV series was made by the same writers and producers who did the radio show and during that first season, they kept that same formula going. When they got a national sponsor in the show's second season they played up Superman more (especially when the show switched from B&W to color) but also starting toning down the violence. The show lost a lot of the film noir intensity as well. We don't really see a heavy reliance on Clark as the series focus again until Lois & Clark.
