Oh, sorry. I posted the Captain America cover because of the angle at which it was drawn and w/ Falcon and Nomad standing to the side in dejection, giving centre stage to the battered body of Roscoe/'Cap'.
It is rather obvious when read in sequence that the Captain America on the cover is not Steve Rogers, because Steve had taken up the Nomad identity at that point; and I also find it a powerful cover because it has some foreshadowing in previous issues where several civilians (self-styled badasses) decide to become Captain America and end up badly bruised. But you still didn't know if Roscoe will actually kick the bucket, or if this is another exaggerated 'someone dies!' cover, until you read the issue.
