Seeing how he dragged the breakworld bullet back to earth at faster then the speed of light from halfway across the galaxy when no one else could even think of how to move it due to the breakworld magic enchantments on it I'd say he hasn't really dropped in power levels. Theres also the fact he stopped said giant bullet cold from ramming into the earth at faster then the speed of light. And he did all of this while surrounding himself in a impenetrable forcefield....

Simply put Magneto is literally however powerful the writer wants him to be, he has some insane upper end showings though, moving Mjolnir is just one of them.

I love Magneto. He is my favorite X-man (and favorite bad guy when he goes that route) but him being able to stop Mjolnir doesn't seem right. He just should have used the hammer against the Avengers in AvX if that's the case--the way he flung Thor around in that scene from a previous post. Uru magic? Bah! Stupid Marvel.

Did you read the VS with him and Iron Man? He is far beyond that level now

Maybe the truck is mostly plastic and they are using some counter magneto field or something, so its making it a little difficult for him. just a little
