The last time she came backs he was defeated before she even started, I think it's best to keep her in limbo. If I had to guess though I'd say in Uncanny X-men.

There must be a reason so many writers keep giving paneltime to Hisako (her character/powers sure aren't worth it), so her being set up as Cassandra Nova makes sense.

The only current X-Writer I trust to portray Cassandra Nova accurately at any point in the near future is Si Spurrier. But we can't always have nice things, so I fully expect her to fall under BMB's reign of terror in Uncanny X-Men. Whedon got everything wrong.
