Question How EXCITED are you for Jeff Parker's new Dark Avengers?

Jeff Parker's EPIC Timebolts is coming to an end BUT he can now focus on his new team; and I am very excited. We haven't spent much time focusing on the psyche of the Dark Avengers, but now is their time to shine. I wanted to ask what everyone is MOST excited for in the new direction? Are you excited? Who do you want to find more about?

It's on my pull list. I hope he has fun with this.

    Moonstone always excites me.

I just wish this title had a better artist. Neil Edwards is disappointing me. That Joe Quinones art is much nicer than the interiors.

    Things I'm MOST excited for:
    • the Witch. Her near obssession with engineering herself is FASCINATING! Like someone who's become addicted to tattoos, she can't stop adding new powers. Jeff Parker's already hinted this will be important coming up, so I wonder where it could lead... could the good doctor misstep, and add TOO MUCH change? Will that effect her villainous ways?
    • Ragnarok. Jeff Parker's already shown us a soft/sad side, a robot who KNOWS he is not the man he believes, but has visions of the world he "knew". I'm very interested to see where this leads.
    • Trickshot. Let's be honest... the Hawkeye of Thunderbolts of Old is gone. He's now humourless and moody (though Matt Fraction is doing his best to change this). Trickshot is everything we loved about Clint. A playful, enjoyable rogue.
    • MOONSTONE. MOONSTONE. MOONSTONE.
    • U.S. Agent. Jeff Parker was the one who put him on the current path (that seems popular with fans); I'm curious to see how he will deal with a new leg and arm... will it effect his principles? Why is he doing it? EXCITING!!!

Any word yet on where Juggernaut (Cain Marko) is ending up?

I'll give it a look for USAgent. Other than that, I'd prefer having the TBolts back. I'm bummed that Troll and Songbird appear to be nowhere in Marvel Now.

As of yet no. Until next weeks final Timebolts related comic (Dark Avengers #183) comes out, we have no idea what's happening to Luke Cage, Songbird, Mach-V, Troll, Satana, Mr Hyde, Man-Thing, Boomerang, Ghost, Centurius OR Juggernaut. Death, relocations, freedom, pardon, on the run... it could all still kick off!

Edwards is serviceable and has improved by tightening his linework, but I really think Marvel should bring in another artist. After Walker, this is a step down.
Currently reading She-Hulk, Deadpool, Swamp Thing, Ms. Marvel

Probation: Ghost Rider, Loki: LoA, Secret Avengers

Looking forward to All-New Ultimates, Flash Gordon and Doctor Mirage.

Well at-least you have Moonstone I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for Songbird to make it into Fearless Defenders!!!

After Walker, nearly ANYONE is a step-down, sadly.

I would like to see Matteo Scalera as the artist, as he won't be continuing with Secret Avengers. His stylized work isn't everybody's cup of tea, but I think he would be a good fit for a Dark Avengers book.

As much as I like Moonstone, I just can't get into this. Really don't care for anyone else besides Moonstone and US Agent.

Yeah, this. I love Walker and Shalvey's art on Thunderbolts, I feel the book dropped in quality when they moved on.

Conceptually, Dark Avengers is one of the most vile things of all time.

Moonstone should never be entertaining heroism and certainly should never wear the Marvel suit.
And this goes double for the rest of the unimaginative pastiches on the team.

Not at all- the time-travel arc killed this book.
That's right! Al Gore invented the internet, let's all go kick his ass!

I got your inconvenient truth right here, motherf*&¨%!
