I've decided I'm going to accept your nod, whether it's deserved or not.

As for the first fight, I'm assuming it's a quickdraw right? Did Holtz eventually carry modern weaponry? If so he might be able to pull the trigger on a gun before Hawkeye can take out an arrow and fire it.

For the warehouse fight..didn't Hawkeye have various trick arrows he could use? How good was Holtz with his weaponry? I thought MCU Hawkeye had nigh superhuman accuracy and stuff?

Holtz is in many ways a cross between Bane and Batman. In any other series he would be a big damn hero.

he's cunning
inventive
adapts surprisingly well to being a fish out of water.

and he knows how to inflict maximum pain.

however, while fantastic at hand to hand, it's the equivalent of bringing a knife to a gun fight.

In straight hand to hand, it's close.

everything else, I give it to hawkeye.
