Default Weakest Character Who Can One-Shot Marvel Tanks

Marvel durability is all over the place, so help me figure out characters that can one-shot kill the following Marvel characters:

    1) Wolverine
    2) Luke Cage
    3) Colossus (steely, not demonic or flaming)
    4) Juggernaut

Discounting esoterics (mind rapes, transmutation, forcefield bubble in brain, etc.) and sticking with physical force, and following your request for "kill" rather than "10-count" or "win a fight":

    1) Wolverine - Current Wolverine? It'd take a cosmic, maybe. Certainly planet-buster+ at minimum. He's taken shots from crazy high-end bricks without dying and often without being KO'd (Juggs, Glads, Hulk too many times to count). He's had every particle of flesh burned off his bones and come back in minutes. His future self (the Hooded Man) got cosmically set on fire and he just walked around burning for an issue. 10-counting him is easy. Killing? Not so much. OK, I guess if you want to use a somewhat esoteric power, and want to go with this stupid new canon "he can be drowned" thing, Hydro-Man?

    2) Luke Cage - Any class 100, I guess. Whether we're talking high or low end of that scale is up for grabs. He's taken shots in anger from class 90's and not died, though Danny Rand was worried that he'd one-shotted Luke at one point. Cage's durability is better than his strength. Anybody who can get inside and stop his breathing could take him, but that's getting somewhat esoteric.

    3) Colossus (steely, not demonic or flaming) - Perhaps into cosmic here - he's taken tons of shots from Juggy without getting KO'd, much less killed. WWH couldn't do it, though he did break Petey's wrists. Sentry should be able to do it. Gladiator? Perhaps.

    4) Juggernaut - If we're talking classic Juggs, we are definitely talking high-end cosmic. Angry Hulk can't hurt him at all (even WWH couldn't hurt him at all when Cytorrak was bothering to keep him at full chug), Thor can't hurt him at all, even with a Godblast. I seriously doubt that a physical-only beatdown from Thanos would do the trick, and Thanos 5-shotted the Surfer. Colossus with the same powers stomped a Worthy (ironically or not, Juggy in Worthy form). Once again, this is a guy who's durability is pretty far past his strength, but unlike Cage (especially) or Colossus, his strength is at the very high end of the charts.

Cage would be the easiest to kill, followed by Colossus, before getting to dudes who you just can't one-shot kill without, at the very least, way-above-planet-busting forces.

Would Juggy really need a high end cosmic? Not being hurt by a godblast is impressive, but there's a pretty big gap between the godblast and a high end cosmic.

EDIT: As for Wolverine, is it possible to vaporize every bit of him besides his skeleton? Or would the adamantium protect the squishy parts inside? I'm talking about something like a high end DBZ energy blast or something. Has Wolverine ever been knocked out before and if so how much force was required?

A woman can move a lot faster with her skirt up than a man can with his pants down.

It's only early days in his series, but I reckon Super Onepunch Man could do it.

Guy does exactly what he says on the tin.

Nitro did exactly that near the beginning of Civil War, and Wolverine regenerated one or two panels later.

I think you could do it with some sort of energy that would penetrate his skull, like some sort of awful radiation based attack from Hazmat/Radioactive Man.

Even that - you wouldn't KILL him. You'd 10-count him, easily. Nitro burned every molecule of flesh off of Logan - all that was left was shiny metal bones - and he regenerated. No eyes, no tendons, no anything, and he regenerated in minutes. Hell, his empty skeleton was doing NARRATIVE. If he survived that, Hazmat and Radioactive Man are a joke. Again, 10-count, sure, just not to kill him, definitely not in one shot.

And for Marko, again, we're talking about one-shot killing him here. Not hurting him, not knocking him for a loop, but KILLING him. D'Spayre is a pretty high end dude and his best shot just left Juggy a flaming version of himself, not in any pain and still advancing. Yeah, I'm pretty comfortable saying it'd take a high-end cosmic to one-shot KILL Classic Juggy.

The Nitro thing (and every ridiculous showing before) was retconned as (he fought Death and survived so he came back). Destroying enough of his brain/flesh would kill him now.

I'd be intrigued to see whether Mindless Drax with Power Gem could one-shot Marko, but if you're considering a Hulk-level being with an Infinity Gem, then "High-End Cosmic" is not a bad shout (although by "High-End", people interpret that as Eternity/Death/Galactus/Celestials, then I think we need to look a level below that).

I'd be surprised if The Inbetweener or someone like that (maybe The Stranger) couldn't do it if they let loose.
