Wow, the best Ultimates we see in the DWF/UWS series wasn't even in their own book. Also UCXM is so much better than everything else right now. I've always liked the Ult. X-Books best, but during Millar's time I always felt the Ultimates were a not too distant second(probably helps they were both written by Millar). With the current writers Wood is just painfully better than Humphries and Bendis.

Well that's a surprise from Wood. It's a telling factor when you feel genuinely sad for the loss of a character you've only been reading for 2-3 issues! Bravo.

Brian Wood, you can rest easy knowing you have the fans' full support and respect, because, as you've seen around these forums, we are a picky bunch :P but you deliver, and then some. We saw in the latest issue of Ultimates that she's alive and Miles is nowhere to be seen. Which means that somehow Miles gets abandoned or teleported away and Jessica stays with the team and fights Hydra. She's alive.
