I just don't think anyone will die in this. Except for maybe the Joker himself since he sees himself as part of the "family".

I don't think anyone major will die. I think something will happen to show the Bat-family that they have become too closely knit, and someone can easily use one to get to another and take them all down like a chain of dominoes.
So I think the family will be split up in that way, operating more independently.
Of course that kind of screws up the whole idea of INC., but I don't really see that continuing after Morrison anyway.
We'll see, I could be completely wrong.Life looks better in black and white.

I don't think anyone will die, and there is a three issue epilogue that may serve to undo the damage the Joker does in this arc anyway.
