I was thinking of For Tomorrow when I mentioned being cut easily. And by easily I mean hit him with a standard blade and it will bend/break, but hit him wit a magical blade and he will be cut.

What if he sun dipped before hand.
I do remember Captain Marvel knocked out Superman with two magical punches, which I think it was in a JLA story arc if I remember correctly. I would say, imo it depends on the spell. Arion was using his spell to mind control Supes, but he broke out of the spell, due to the Martian Manhunter giving him some tips from being mind controlled (I think @Surtur brought this up earlier). And later from the same story, Arion created a magical shield for his Tower, which is designed to be resistant from Superman's powers, but later Supes found another way by making a whirlpool with his speed to collapse his tower. There were some other instances when Wonder Woman threw her magical tiara and cut superman's throat when he was mind controlled during the "Sacrifice" story, WW slightly cut Superman's face during the "For Tomorrow" story arc. I'm in no way a Superman expert, though, but I'm interested to see other instances on how much resistance he is towards "raw" magic. That's all I remember from the top of my head.
I've seen a scan somewhere on which one of his foes attempting to transmute Superman, but it didn't work, due to his high durability. I wouldn't put this as my argument, since I have no proof to show it, since I can't find that scan. Maybe someone else can help me here.
