There are four stages of matter. Solid. Liquid. Gas & Don't. It's science.
I am a male. Deal with it.

Well, it had been a while since I read Hellblazer (like more than 15 years), but he definitely came across as Constantine-lite. (With a touch of saccharin and polysorbate 60?)
Congress shall make no law . . . abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Creeper by Peter Milligan and Travel Foreman.

Since Milligan already took a previous Ditko character, dusted it off and groomed it into something new, poetic, disturbing, amusing, relatable and basically a tool for examining human condition, relationships and the crazy world we all live in, I believe he could strike a lighting twice with another Ditko memorabilia with an equally talented artist who can unleash fury on a page => that's when Foreman steps up.
People are quick to forget/ignore the power of art. As a form of healing, and as a form of propaganda.
