Visited NY and DC and saw Spider-Man Turn off the Dark.
This is a real Steve Ditko sub plot coming home to roost. That pesky little Octobot eventually stuck Spidey in the neck while fighting the Hobgoblins, (to complete the final mental transfer), and as soon as the Goblin Key was destroyed, Norman Osborn woke from his coma and escaped the Raft. This would have to be almost as big an issue as #698, because it contains all the elements of a further sub plot, and seeing as the Jackal is again on the loose, a partnership between Osborn and Warren isn't far off. Nothing on the cover spoiled the revelation it was spoilers:end of spoilers not Spidey on the cover, either.
