    The key word is survive. That explosion did not take place over an extended period of time, and a Lightsaber pressed up against his body for enough time would eventually cut through.

    Yeah, but there comes a point when something is just too durable. Surviving an explosion of that magnitude..if the sabers are going to cut him they are going to be there for a long long time.

    Okay for the pipe thing being PIS (I thought it wouldn't be that nonsensical, since it would be a good explanation for why Zero doesn't just cut through every goddamn thing in-game. Also, I've always thought that the Z-Saber formerly being Sigma's was canon, seen it mentioned a lot, guess I've read the wrong sources.). However, can anyone tell me how mental attacks would work on a ROBOT?

    Yup, I am aware that Zero is built to behave like a human, but I think it would be harder to manipulate him, because he doesn't have an organic brain, so yeah, unless the Jedi mind trick has been shown to work on robots (which it doesn't have in movie canon, what about EU?)
