This is what i think too. In the end we are going to see them all still alive, in tubes, wires stuck all over them, and instead of dealing with death we are going to see these characters having to deal with that fact they were willing to turn into monsters in the name of self-preservation. If you think about it, it is a natural progression for characters like X-23 and the kids of the recent AA title, who straddled that line between good and evil...

right. it's their worst fears realized. plus, there's no way the kids could disappear like that and not find some way to contact the Avengers (or some other team). but if they were in some kind of VR set-up, then their escape options would be limited. Arcade's done something like this before (but using a telepath); against Wolverine and Gambit.

but your title mislead me, asI thought the creators said only ONE character was gonna be killing people and that the teens had to figure out who was the culprit
