Godiva (New 52) Vs. Mortigan Goth (Marvel UK)

With the coming of the New 52 Global Guardians in the horizon, we are giving Godiva another match!

This time, she will be duking it out with Marvel UK star Mortigan Goth!

Who will win?

Yeah, same here. I hadn't heard of either of these two until now. So keep in mind I'm not experienced with these characters and am arguing from conjecture here rather than feats.

Hmmm... I can't tell how fast or strong Godiva's hair is, so it's hard to tell what her capabilities are for this match. AFAIK she has no inherent strength, speed, or durability for the rest of her body. Mortigan apparently knows magic according to his Marvel Wiki page, so I'm guessing he has at least one spell that can win him the fight if he gets it off.

So, the question is if Godiva can reach Mortigan fast enough to immobilize him before he can cast a spell, and if she can, whether she has the hair strength to hold him immobile. (I'm guessing yes for this second part) If she can do both, she 10-counts him for the win.

But, IIRC, there's a pretty good range at the start of a normal Khazan match, and Marvel magic tends to be pretty quick. I think Mortigan gets the spell off here.
