Actually, unless Thor's feats have jumped up wildly in the second season, there is one brand of Robot I believe does beat Thor. The episode titled "Jack In Space" has super-bees. Said bees were keeping pace with a relativistic spaceship and firing reasonably massive aoe. There are also a heckkkkkk of a lot of them.

I see, how potent are the aoe's? Also how did Jack defeat these robots? Or did he just flee or use the environment(or a spaceship).

^This would be the relevant episode. The wasp robots initiate their attack around 14:30.

It doesn't seem as though that spaceship was moving at relativistic speeds, or at all, until about the 20 minute mark, nor did those robots seem particularly impressive by EMH standards.

That being said, I suppose it's possible that in the Arena, Aku and his forces might simply overwhelm Thor with massive numbers.

Just out of curiosity how many robots are in his army? Thousands? Hundreds of thousands?

Wait, so if he can just Dimension Dump people by zapping them with his eye beams, then how is Thor supposed to avoid or come back from that?

As said, Thor is capable of dimensional travel himself. Surtur speculated that he might only be able to do that between Earthspace and Asgard based on him not using the ability to return home from the Negative Zone, but I think that's more likely due to the NZ being made out of antimatter. Travel from there to Earth would have to require a conversion process to prevent the evacuees from being immediately annihilated upon arrival.

So it's basically a debatable thing, d-dump working on Thor that is? Works for me.

    Lots.

Thousands, minimum, and we might actually have seen that many onscreen.

However, a majority would be destroyer drones of severely limited usefulness. The best of the lot probably would be the ultra-bots.

The fire ultra-bot's nuke attack might actually be useful here.

The bots would be a lot more useful if Thor couldn't fly. In particular, I don't recall Thor having many feats to indicate he'd be able to keep pace with the bots combat speeds. Still, I don't think the nuke one packs enough of a punch to do anything more than sort of pester Thor. On the other hand, it might be arguable whether Thor could even damage them. Jack couldn't even scratch them...and even as early as then I think he had the 700-ton sumo feat. That coupled with the sword shown to be cutting through some ridiculous stuff might be enough to make it hard for thor.

Anyway, I still doubt Thor could take the bees. At worst they basically fly as fast as him going all out. All of them firing their missiles isn't something he could probably tank. Even if he could they'd just need to buy time for 3-4 to join and use their ginat laser.

Eh, I don't see why you consider those beebots so impressive. Jack had no problem dodging and outrunning their attacks with a jet pack, a feat Thor can easily duplicate with his superior mobility. He can also block their attacks with Mjolnir and fry them with lightning from range.
