I read this last night and it was great. I didn't read every issue of of the series, but this was definitely the best of what I did read.

The really odd thing is, I wasn't heavily invested in spoilers:
Velcoro, until this very issue, and yet his death still hit me pretty hard. So kudos to the writer for making me care about a character in one issue, to have his death affect me.
end of spoilers I'm starting to think I would have enjoyed this series more if it were just "Franklin" and Velcoro.

Shit I completely forgot about getting this issue on Wednesday.

I loved this a lot. So glad the book is allowed to do its own thing despite being part of Rotworld, technically.

So that scene where he bites it (no pun intended), I wasn't all that emotionally involved. If anything, I felt like he'll be fine. After this whole arc is over, the world will return to normal and he'll be alive again.
Yeah was replying to you sorry. Hmmmmm good point about velcoro dying in rot world... Though the series is ending after it. I wonder if we'll ever get to find out what happens to all the non Frankenstein characters (he'll be in jld).

Finally got this issue! It was great! Definitely Kindt's best and one of the best (if not the best) of the whole series. The interaction between Velcoro and Frankenstein was great! It's pretty clear in the book but I have to ask, spoilers:
    is Velcoro dead?
    end of spoilers.

Yeah, but I suspect all the Rotworld stuff will be undone. Because as of this, I believe Father Time and virtually everyone else is dead too, and I don't see that standing.
