I didn't think so. There's a fairly big following among the younger generation of the 1980s stuff. Some of my nieces and nephews and their friends like it. There were a lot of groups that peaked in that decade....and probably still live off their past

I'm glad you both liked Django so much, because after seeing it twice, I think it's my favorite Tarantino movie.

And I freaking love Cristoph Waltz.

I was joking, of course. I don't care when music's from, so long as it's good.

All my favourite songs are 60s Phil Spector girl group songs.

You should watch 21 Jump Street...it turned me around on Tatum too. It also might temper your Jonah Hill hatred a bit as well.

If ever there was an endorsement of needing to see more than 10 films in a year, it's the lower portion of your list.

I didn't know you we're so down on Chronicle. Putting it below the horror that was John Carter? Really?

I'd like to thank everyone that's been using spoiler tags for Django, and remind them that it's not out here until the 11th.

I thought I remembered you saying that. One of my favorite Christmas songs is the Darlene Love "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home) with his arrangement

There's some of the newer stuff I like and maybe that's why I sort of like Adele since she tends to use more of a bluesy, R&B sound. I only have downloaded a couple singles though, not the whole "21". I also recently downloaded the Blues Brothers soundtrack since there's some cool tracks on that one. Belushi and Ackroyd weren't that bad for for a Canadian and a guy from Wheaton, Ill. and having some legit blues artists in the band helped.

I cannot stand Adele. One of the worst things in music at the moment.

eehh...I can take her in small doses. Really don't have an artist from the current batch I'm all that crazy about.
