Fat involves gaining extra chins, and the body droops down. Their's more weight to it, and the face gets all round like.

Inflated makes the person a balloon. They get rounder and rounder, but the weight isn't holding them down. They can get chubby faces, but not as much as weight gain does.

Blueberries are very similar to inflated.
