Fury MAX #10: "The final arc begins!" Uh...ongoing series doesn't mean what it used to, I guess. Marvel must've heard all of the confused people who originally thought this was a mini and decided to have a compromise and make it a maxi, heh. Bizarre that there was also confusion with Wolverine MAX being a mini or an ongoing early on, with Marvel calling it both things at various times.
