These Milo Manara covers, are they supposed to be like, some character of his as Marvel ladies, or has he just given Gamora, Shanna and Valkyrie the same face?

Nah. It's far from his best, but it's not terrible.

I like that he draws Ult. Wolverine different enough that you can tell it's non-616 Wolverine aside from the obvious costume difference.
